EPC services to install multiple chemical process facility projects including new reactors, SS and CS lined holding tanks, packaging stations, conveyors, various pumps, air separators, blowers, meters, and multiple piping manifolds as well as piping runs.

Tellepsen self-performed all equipment installation, process and water pump installation and alignment, packaging installation and alignment, conveyor system installation, and all associated vessel installations.

A portion of the scopes required managing construction of a lump sum subcontract for a packaging building / shipping facility. This work required close coordination between the building subcontractor and all of his subs due to an extremely ambitious schedule.

Site conditions were challenging due to existing older equipment that had to be removed, and new equipment that had to be retrofitted to the existing site.  A concentrated effort to maintain safety and productivity in this type condition has been paramount in moving forward with these projects.
